Hats off especially to my instructor Matteo, who made this experience a truly memorable one. Matteo is a very skilled, experienced teacher who was also very chill, insightful and professional. More than just the physical training, the mental discipline and the breath work /exercises were an integral part of the course, and I was surprised at how much I was able to achieve just by breathing well and relaxing in the water. Of course, the calas (coves) of Mallorca will take your breath away as well! The Balearic blues were the inspiring backdrop for our theoretical classes, which made me so excited to jump in the water. I'll be back for sure, and I highly recommend Matteo / Freedive Mallorca for anyone who wants to learn.

The choices of beautiful natural outdoor ‘by the sea’ settings make the theory classes all the more pleasant and Mallorca offers stunning diving places to practice in.

The personal videos are made during the dives and shared of the event provide welcomed fond memories. The learning curve during the dives would considerably benefit from using these same videos during the course.
